Business invitation for citizens of the USA, Japan and the European Union (except Great Britain and Ireland)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Business invitation for citizens of the USA, Japan and the EU is issued on the form of our company and, accordingly, we are the inviting party for the foreigner. When considering the issue of a business visa at the Consulate, this invitation has the same force as other types of business invitations. For citizens of some EU countries we can issue a business invitation valid for up to 3 years.<\/p>\n

The term of registration of the business invitation-20 minutes.<\/p>\n

On the basis of the business invitation, the foreigner receives a business visa at the consular office of the state of residence or other state in which he \/ she has a resident visa or residence permit.<\/p>\n

Business visa is intended for foreigner in the Russian Federation to participate in conferences and exhibitions, negotiations, search of business partners, etc. This type of visa does not allow work in the territory of the Russian Federation (provide working visa).<\/p>\n

Business invitation for multiple-entry visa is issued only to foreigners who during the previous or current year at least once crossed the border of the Russian Federation ..<\/p>\n

With multiple-entry visa a foreigner can cross the border of the Russian Federation an unlimited number of times, but the total number of days of stay in the Russian Federation should not exceed 90 days out of every 180.<\/p>\n

The term of consideration of the issuance of multiple-entry visas in consular offices of the Russian Federation is 10 days.<\/p>\n

2. A copy of the passport of the foreigner (page with photo and passport number).<\/p>\n

3. For invitation to multiple-entry visa copy of the latest visa to Russia.<\/p>\n

To fill in an Application<\/b><\/span><\/a> for a business invitation to citizens of these countries you need the following information (collect it before you start filling out the application):<\/p>\n

* passport data for a foreigner;<\/p>\n

* the multiplicity of the required visa (single, double or multiple);<\/p>\n

* validity of visa (30, 90, 180 or 365 days);<\/p>\n

\u2022 place of obtaining visa (country, city);<\/p>\n

* date of entry to Russia;<\/p>\n

* for multiple – entry visa-a copy of the latest visa to Russia.<\/p>\n

Procedure for obtaining a business invitation:<\/p>\n

1. Fill in the Application<\/b><\/span><\/a> and send it to our specialists by e-mail (instructions on the application). Together with the application, send a copy of the foreigner’s passport (page with photo and passport number).<\/p>\n

For invitations, for multiple-entry visas, you must attach a copy of the latest visa to the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
